Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project.Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside.No hesitation in highest recommendations.

I have been in the roofing business for 30 year's and have many happy customers.I prefer working with slate products .Swithland being my favourite to work with . I work alone now so mainly concentrate on extensions and repairs such as finding leaks , rebedding ridges and gables , reflashing chimneys and relaying valleys.

Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Excellent advice was given in areas we were unsure of to get the best result. Joe was very methodical and precise in his work which reflected in the excellent overall finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ashley and his team removed an awful worn out decking and old patio and replaced it with a lovely brick and stone patio.They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours.They replaced fencing and posts to.They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality.Cannot thank them enough, I was impressed with their workmanship, hard work and commitment to complete the job.
